After studying at University for eight years, Amanda graduated with two degrees in Psychology. She then achieved advanced qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Hypnohealing and now successfully helps many people with their problems and issues. Hypnotherapy is a fantastic psychological tool that can help with most psychological, emotional and behavioural problems. Amanda uses Hypnotherapy with techniques of psychology - including Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to ensure problems are dealt with effectively and completely. This technique is referred to as HypnoHealing and it allows the subconscious mind to begin the specific healing process during a session of hypnotherapy. The client then continues with this amazing and empowering treatment at home. Hypnohealing is very effective for irritable bowel syndrome, broken bones, clearing the lungs (after quitting smoking), skin complaints, certain cancers, and many more illnesses and physical ailments.
