After studying at University for eight years, Amanda graduated with two degrees in Psychology. She then achieved advanced qualifications in Hypnotherapy and Hypnohealing and now successfully helps many people with their problems and issues.
Hypnotherapy is a fantastic psychological tool that can help with most psychological, emotional and behavioural problems. Amanda uses Hypnotherapy with techniques of psychology - including Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to ensure problems are dealt with effectively and completely. Amanda also teaches clients how to use the power of their minds to heal themselves. This technique is referred to as HypnoHealing and it allows the subconscious mind to begin the specific healing process during a session of hypnotherapy. The client then continues with this amazing and empowering treatment at home. Hypnohealing is very effective for irritable bowel syndrome, broken bones, clearing the lungs (after quitting smoking), skin complaints, certain cancers, and many more illnesses and physical ailments.
Regression Therapy and Past- life Regression Therapy are very interesting and effective healing techniques that Amanda uses during sessions of hypnotherapy - for more information please refer to the ''Psychology'' and the ''Past-life Regression'' pages.
Amanda provides another method of healing which involves Angelic Reiki. This can be used to relieve physical and emotional aches and pains. During a session of Angelic healing, Amanda communicates with the angels and works with them as she channels pure healing energy direct from the Angelic Realm. She likes to combine the healing benefits of essential oils, crystals and meditation to help clients in every way possible. This is an absolutely beautiful experience that should not be missed!
Amanda also communicates directly with the angels and provides individual soul readings to many impressed clients. She links with spirit guides and angels during a reading using Angel cards and the energies of crystals and gem stones. Wisdom and advice is offered by the client's guides and angels helping them to better understand their current situations, problems and relationships.
These empowering and healing experiences allow clients to see ''the bigger picture'' and with this new perspective they can continue on their journey through life understanding implicitly that they are loved, protected and supported by their spiritual team.
